2018 Trend: Green Kitchens

A new year means new design trends and one design trend that keeps popping up is green kitchens! Although white will still reign supreme, green is gaining some traction. Last year blue kitchens were hot and this year I think they’ll get replaced with green. Now I know what you’re thinking…. “Green? Really? Isn’t that so retro?”. Well I’m here to show you some green kitchens that are very modern and now and maybe I’ll be having you change your mind! If you are thinking about updating your kitchen, then there are plenty of other things that you might need to consider changing as well. For example, you might be thinking about what is the best kitchen faucet? However, no matter what you decide to do to your kitchen, the decision is up to you.

If you don’t want to commit to a full green kitchen, incorporate open shelving to break up the design, or go with two tone cabinets using white on the top. You can also add in a different color island, such as black or wood to break up all the green.
