Roslyn Reno Update – Dec 6th

This week was all about finishing the drywall, removing the trim, and taping and mudding the drywall. The place looks a lot better now that it’s all taped and mudded. The new trim will be going up this week, along with the new interior doors and hopefully the new windows! Once the trim is installed it will be paint time, which is super exciting because paint makes so much difference. This phase of the renovation is so fun, because each step taken now is getting closer to a finished project, unlike the demo phase which is all mess and takes you further back!

Downstairs Bedroom: (There was hideous quarter round as a “crown moulding” in this room that we definitely had to get rid of, so now you can see a dark edge between the wall and the ceiling that still needs to be fixed)
